Shipping and Delivery

• Once pre-ordered mugs arrive they will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

• Shipping times depend on your location. 

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are only available for defective or damaged items.

• To request a refund, contact us at femmefitchicks@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method.
